Residences also include indoor and outdoor ceiling fans, high-speed internet access, and modern keyless entry through DOOR Smart Entry systems for added convenience and peace of mind.

Absolutely. We love our furry residents at Waterleigh at Leland, and we hope you’ll stop by the clubhouse for a pet treat while you’re here. Our pet spa is second to none, and our two off-leash dog parks are thoughtfully designed with built-in play structures and plenty of space to explore, run, and socialize. We also invite residents to enter their pets into our monthly Pet of the Month contest for a chance to win a special gift bag (and community bragging rights!).

Yes! Our onsite leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our dedicated maintenance team is onsite daily to help ensure the community continues running smoothly and to respond promptly to resident needs.

Absolutely. Waterleigh at Leland was designed with gathering and connection in mind. Residents enjoy a resort-style pool, clubhouse with resident lounge areas and private workspaces, outdoor grilling and seating areas, a kayak house, pet spa, and thoughtfully designed community spaces throughout the property including our new community garden that make it easy to relax, work remotely, or spend time with neighbors and friends.

Yes! Waterleigh at Leland was designed with convenience in mind and offers ample onsite parking throughout the community with no assigned spaces required. Private garage spaces are also available for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability.
